Neelam is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Krishgen, acting as the visionary that drives the company forward. She has been instrumental in developing the backbone of the business: it’s infrastructure and team. As the CEO of one of India’s largest life sciences distributors and leading manufacturer, Neelam devises custom, holistic solutions that address multiple business areas and resolve persistent challenges. Guided by strong principles and a keen eye for engaging automation, she has been recognised for her inspiring leadership, and building a customer-first company culture.
Kalpesh Jain
COO
Kalpesh, an immunology expert with a PhD in Marketing, is the co-founder and COO of Krishgen. He has leveraged 25 years of experience, his scientific insights and strong connects with the Indian biotech industry to ensure Krishgen works in tandem with new trends and emerging technologies. Kalpesh has been instrumental in transforming the company from being a distributor to becoming one of the leading providers of bioassays in India and globally. His transparency in communication with customers and his passion for quality and excellence form the pillars of Krishgen values.

VP - International Business Development
With an academic background in biotechnology and strong marketing skills, Krisha manages the exports division for Krishgen manufactured products. She plays a pivotal role in expanding our reach into new markets, forging strategic partnerships and implementing successful commercial strategies to drive growth.

Our head of financial and asset management, Rajendra is a highly experienced financial expert with over 20 years of experience and has been with Krishgen for over a decade. He is responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring that our financial operations are transparent, efficient, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

Maqsood ansari
Head Of Supply Chain
With a keen eye for detail and exceptional negotiation skills, Maqsood is our head of procurement. He ensures his team secures cost-effective procurement solutions for our firm, and is responsible for sourcing (both distributed products and raw materials for our own manufacturing), negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships.
Reshma Divecha
Commercial Operations Manager
Reshma oversees the day-to-day operations of our packing and shipping fulfilment office, ensuring that we meet our targets while maintaining the highest quality standards. She is responsible for managing our packaging operations, ensuring that our products are packaged safely, efficiently, with the highest attention to detail, and compliant with industry and internal regulations.
