- Total RNA – Human Adult Normal Tissue: Bone Marrow, Ambient temperature shipping – BioChain’s Total RNAs are isolated from a wide variety of documented human normal, diseased, and tumor tissues, mouse, rat, monkey, and plant tissues. Total RNA isolation is performed using proprietary techniques. Contamination by RNase, genomic DNA polysaccharides, and proteoglycans has been effectively eliminated. The integrity of the total RNAs is assured by checking for a ratio of greater than 1:1 between 28s and 18s ribosomal RNA. High efficiency reverse transcription using the Total RNA is demonstrated. - AnaPrep 48 Instrument – BioChain’s AnaPrep 48 is a fully automated magnetic bead-based nucleic acid extraction platform that is efficient, effective, and economical. The AnaPrep 48 can process up to 48 samples simultaneously with flexible sample and elution volumes. The instrument is an open system that not only applies for BioChain’s kits, but is also good for other vendors’ magnetic bead based extraction kits.
- Dr. P Kit-Solution 1 – In order to study the function of DNA, RNA, and protein as well as their relationship, it is very important to get RNA, DNA, and protein from the same piece of tissue. BioChain’s Dr.P kit, a patent pending technology, provides a convenient and efficient system for isolation of DNA, RNA, and protein from the same piece of tissue simultaneously. The isolated RNA can be used for mRNA isolation, probe generation, RT-PCR, Northern blot analysis, primer extension, RNA protection assay, and in vitro translation. The isolated DNA can be used for PCR amplification. And the isolated protein can be used for Western Analysis. The kit contains enough reagents for isolating DNA, RNA, and protein from 5 grams of tissue and cells.
