Featured Products

    • Human Primary Chondrocytes – Chondrocytes in vivo produce and maintain the extracellular matrix of the cartilage. In vitro, chondrocytes after serial passages as a monolayer culture have been documented to lose their phenotypic markers and become de-differentiated. Re-differentiation can be induced by culturing the cells in a 3-D culture system. These cells are useful in studying chondrocyte differentiation and effects of cytokines and growth factors on the maintenance of differentiated phenotype..
    • Prigrow CI Medium – abm’s PriGrow Media Series for mammalian cell culture is composed of high-quality, specific formulations for optimal cell growth.
    • Cas9 Nuclease NLS Protein (Lyophilized) – The Cas9 nuclease from the bacteria Streptococcus pyogenes, abbreviated spCas9, is the most commonly used Cas9 variant. The reason for spCas9 popularity is two-fold. First the spCas9 PAM sequence is 5’-NGG, which is highly abundant in the genome allowing virtually any gene to be targeted. The spCas9 enzyme also has on average a higher efficiency in vivo compared to other variants. Cas9 Nuclease NLS contains a SV40 T antigen nuclear localization sequence (NLS) on the C-terminus of the protein.
    • EACH-1 Cells – EACH-1 Cells are novel extra-axial chordoma tumor cells which exhibit chromosomal aberrations, and are tumorigenic and can form colonies on soft agar. It may be used to facilitate studies on the development and treatment of the rare low grade malignant tumor.EACH-1 Cells are novel extra-axial chordoma tumor cells which exhibit chromosomal aberrations, and are tumorigenic and can form colonies on soft agar.
